How long do you work with clients?

The average is 10-14 months, but we have done over two years, and as short as 2 months.

Will you work with vendors you do not know?

Absolutely! We love meeting new creatives and businesses on our island. However, a huge advantage to having a planner is access to their tried and true vendors.

Do You Offer Day Of Coordination?

We offer partial coordination but not day of coordination. Planning a wedding has many moving parts and to ensure top tier quality, our team at minimum will need two months of coordination to ensure a seamless experience.

How does the process work?

1. Get in Contact


The first step is to fill out our contact form and a member of our team will get back to you with a simple questionnaire. Once you fill out that questionnaire, we hop on a call and talk more in depth about your wedding and get a sense of if we are going to be a good fit.

2. Proposal Acceptance


Once we have had our meeting, our team gets to work on creating a proposal. If you say yes to the proposal then our journey together begins!

3. Planning Process


The planning process is tailored to each couple. Depending on where you are in your wedding planning process we tailor our resources, timelines, budget sheets, and vendor lists to your needs and begin the planning process together.

4. Wedding Day Coordination


When wedding day is finally here our team arrives fully prepared and ready to handle the many components of your wedding. Our team makes sure that everything goes according to plan and are ahead of any potential problems that may arise. All that's left for you to do is enjoy and be present in the moment.
